Our architecture and design team is excited to work with 1835 Capital and Marlborough Capital to create ‘Trinity City,’ a landmark new 60,000sqm A-grade commercial office tower in Adelaide’s central business district.
Designed to prioritise occupant well-being and showcase leading sustainable design, Trinity City will exemplify ESG-focused development.
The heritage-listed Trinity Church buildings and plaza will also be revitalised as part of the development creating a vibrant new commercial destination within the multi-billion-dollar Adelaide BioMed City precinct.
Construction is planned to begin in 2023, with completion forecast for the end of 2025.
